Please join us at 9:00am at OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa - 88 Fair Dr. Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
Attend AAOC Tradeshow and Applicable Presentations: The 5 Keys to Dealing with Difficult People and 2022 Legal Update (Community Directors/Regionals).
Board shuttles at 11:00am from AAOC Tradeshow parking lot. If you are attending the Legal Update, head to shuttles directly after the presentation for boarding. Shuttles will return to fairgrounds parking lot after boat ride at approximately 5:00pm.

Meet and park at the OC Fair & Event Center to board shuttles at 11:00am.
Shuttles will return to fairgrounds parking lot after boat ride at approximately 5:00pm.

Please join us at 12:00pm at Endless Dreams Yacht located at: 2431 West Coast Hwy, Newport Beach CA 92663.
Work from home or corporate office in the morning. Parking is located at: 2400 West Coast Hwy, Newport Beach CA 92663 (Public Lot). **Parking is VERY LIMITED. Uber/Lyft and/or carpooling is strongly encouraged. Spaces are very limited!!
Strongly encouraged to use ride share app or carpool. Park in public lot and walk to Endless Dreams Yacht.

Attire & Details

Join us for a day of festive food, drinks and music to celebrate all employees and Cinco de Mayo!

T-Shirts will be provided beforehand. Please be sure you are dressed professionally for the AAOC Tradeshow, but you can wear your t-shirt. Bring any change of clothes necessary. Casual dress and comfortable, safe, flat footwear for the boat. Bring layers as it can be brisk on the water and weather in May can be cool/cloudy.

Employees must clock-in through Paycom or Exaktime at the AAOC Tradeshow and at the Endless Dreams Yacht. If an employee elects not to attend the designated events on May 5th, they will need to use Live Happy Time to cover their absence for the day.
